Cody Shook founded Precision Flow Engineering in 2013 on a singular,
uncompromising principle: quality over profitability. With a career spanning nearly three decades of field and management expertise, Cody has become a sought-after collaborator for the technical complexities of healthcare, industrial process, and defense projects. As a Licensed Professional Engineer, AABC certified Test and Balance Engineer (TBE), and Commissioning Authority (CxA), he balances high-level
operational leadership with an active "boots on the ground" approach. Whether conducting design reviews or troubleshooting complex systems in the field, Cody ensures every project achieves maximum mechanical efficiency and meets the highest industry standards of precision.
Carlos Ramirez, TBE
VP of Operations
Carlos Ramirez joined Precision Flow Engineering in 2014, rising to Vice President of Operations in 2017 through a combination of technical mastery and a dogged work ethic. With nearly two decades of specialized industry experience, Carlos leads the TAB field team with a focus on superb communication and complex problem-solving. Known
by clients and construction partners as a versatile team player, he excels at navigating the unique challenges of high-pressure projects. As an AABC certified Test and Balance Engineer (TBE), Carlos oversees field personnel training, TAB report reviews, and
commissioning, ensuring that every project reflects the firm’s core commitment to quality and mechanical integrity.
